Yes — you need to register on the LittleIndieBox website to get your unique Indian virtual address. This address lets you shop from Indian websites and have items delivered to their warehouse.

Yes — if Indian sites require an Indian payment method or phone number, LittleIndieBox offers a Shopping Assistant service where you can share product links via WhatsApp or email, and our team will place orders on your behalf.

LittleIndieBox stores your items at their warehouse in your personal locker. You get free storage for up to 20 days (or longer depending on membership). After the free storage period, a storage fee (for example, ₹80 per day) may apply. The maximum storage duration before items are discarded is up to 60 days.

You can consolidate multiple packages at the warehouse into a single shipment to save on international shipping costs (often up to 60–80% savings). LittleIndieBox will combine the parcels for you unless you request otherwise.

Yes. You can request photos once your items reach our warehouse, so you can confi rm everything before international shipping.

No. Creating a Little Indie Box account is completely free. You only pay for the services you use.

International shipping is charged at actuals and depends on the package weight, size, and destination. Final shipping costs are shared with you before dispatch.
